Daily and monthly responsibilities - What your days and weeks will include.

• Audit policy documentation of new business submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Assign work items in queue matching to the appropriate work basket
• Process client data into back-office systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Send standard letters based on certain state guidelines
• Research and resolve operational issues as needed.
• Identify and resolve problems using Root Cause Problem Solving tools.
• Work effectively to meet/exceed productivity and quality standards.   

Required skills and qualifications - The qualifications that are needed for this role: 

• Strong organization and analytical skills
• Excellent data entry skills
• 3-5 years Insurance services industry knowledge or experience in similar process support
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines
• Ability to work overtime and/or work a flexible shift arrangement as business needs arise.

Preferred qualifications - Additional skills/requirements that make you a great fit

• 5+ years Insurance services industry with strong Knowledge and understanding of the same
• College degree preferred or equivalent business experience

Work timings:

• This role requires flexibility to work in shifts (afternoon shift, evening, and night shift in India) as per business requirements and if needed on a rotational basis. Team members may require working in India night shifts during KT and transitions.
