Senior associate 5-10 years of experience as TWS/Maestro administrator of the products.
Good hands on system administration experience on TWS/HWA version 9.x & 10.x to perform day to day administration and operation activities.
Experience with Cloud technologies and using maestro product in the cloud.
Automate common operation, administration and monitoring tasks for TWS infrastructure
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and on multiple assignments at once
Help users develop and/or enhance scheduling, reports and dashboards for meaningful application metrics
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes increasing efficiency
Interacts with engineering teams and vendors to apply patches for vulnerabilities and current support levels
Document best practices and operational procedures
Perform upgrades of the products following corporate governance and project processes.
Basic Working knowledge in one or more scripting languages such as Perl, Python and shell scripts.
Work in shifts and participates in incident calls for prompt resolution.
